Please note that in some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, and multiple shipping options and rates are offered when available. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.
For large Private Label, Wholesale, and Bulk orders, we offer shipping options through USPS, DHL, UPS, and LTL Freight. Shipping costs will be communicated to you by our sales department before your order is shipped.
Kate and Katie are not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. While most products are heat-resistant, some items, such as gummies, may melt in warm weather. We cannot guarantee heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect condition, but we will take steps to minimize the risk. To ensure your products arrive in the best condition:
