Shipping Policy for Kate and Katie

We use multiple carriers, such as USPS (Priority Mail and Flat Rate), UPS, FedEx, and others for all orders placed via our website. Please note that in some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, and multiple shipping options and rates are offered when available. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.

Order Processing

  • We accept orders 24 hours a day through our website.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
  • We do not ship on holidays recognized by the US Postal Service.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation upon checkout.
  • A shipping notification with tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Private Label, Wholesale, and Bulk Orders

For large Private Label, Wholesale, and Bulk orders, we offer shipping options through USPS, DHL, UPS, and LTL Freight. Shipping costs will be communicated to you by our sales department before your order is shipped.

Warm Weather Advisory

Kate and Katie are not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. While most products are heat-resistant, some items, such as gummies, may melt in warm weather. We cannot guarantee heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect condition, but we will take steps to minimize the risk. To ensure your products arrive in the best condition:

  • Be available to accept delivery to avoid packages sitting outside in the heat.
  • Open the package immediately if it feels warm, allowing products to cool indoors.
  • Let heat-sensitive items firm up before handling further.

Important: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for melted products due to warm weather. If you are concerned about ordering a heat-sensitive product, we recommend selecting an alternative product.

Return and Refund Policy


Return Policy for Kate and Katie

At Kate and Katie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and sale/clearance items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please email info@kateandkatie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@kateandkatie.com to initiate an exchange.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage and your order details so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Additional Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Kate and Katie reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our return policy criteria.
